When your quotation is the amount not including VAT, the quotation needs to add the company's present VAT rate.
At present, for a Non-general VAT taxpayer, there are two ratios of VAT can be selected. One is 1%, another is 3% which is depended on the company's decision, but final decision in fact is based on the client's requirement. If the client require 3% VAT invoice, the quotation will show 3% VAT rate, also when signing the agreement, both sides point the VAT rate is 3% in the agreement, if the client just require 1% VAT rate, follow this principle.
